Work experience from - substance abuse and psychiatry, - child welfare services, - treatment institutions, - school, - protection measures code 6, - emergency measures, - aftercare, - mentor for newly arrived refugees in a project with NAV, - supervised companies and - treatment of trauma therapy in own company.
Has followed clients through - court cases, - police interrogations, - hospitals, - child welfare cases, - to BUP, - family counseling, and - through various support systems.

Mette-Marit Nordby
Mother of 3 children who worked as a purchasing manager until she fell seriously ill in 1995. Has a 22-year history of illness where the medications that were supposed to make her better, on 3 occasions almost "took her life". These experiences provided insight and understanding that showed her what enormous possibilities people really have.
Trained as an EFT therapist and certified Healing Therapist, where innate abilities to translate energy into rational strategy were integrated.
What was perceived as different has grown to become a holistic concept that has helped many to increase their awareness and to integrate otherness as their unique idea and business energy. So that they can truly can change the world and create future magic!

- We integrate the authentic voice of the heart.
- We work on getting thoughts and emotions to play on the same team as the heart. Emotions are expressed in different ways, where each individual is in touch with their inner core.
- We transform constraints.
- We explore and strengthen our sense of soul and all-encompassing genius.
- We reflect on our values and their synchronicity.
- Exercises that connect thoughts, feelings, body and soul.
We start Thursday at 16.00 with a trip to Blåisvannet (self-selected and without program)
On Friday, the event starts with a joint lunch at 13.00. Those who come on Thursday use the nature and the area around
as they wish until lunch. The Friday program starts at 14.00.
On Saturday we start with breakfast at 8.30 am. The program starts right after breakfast. Lunch at approx. 13:00. Dinner at approx. 17:30.
Sunday starts with breakfast at 8.30 am. Lunch at approx. 13:00. We finish at 15.00
Shared transport from Tromsø?
If you want to be picked up in Tromsø city center, there is a shared pick-up from Tromsø Library:
Thursday at 12:30.
Friday at 11:30.
There is a shared transport, return from Lyngen municipality to Tromsø:
Sunday at 15:30.

OVERNIGHT
There are accommodation options at the course location for all course participants.
It is recommended that course participants stay overnight from Friday to Sunday. We create a community with "good energy" that will be supportive for us to stay in.

Food is an important part of nourishing yourself.
We focus on local and homemade food made by Are Jessen.
Holistic health takes care of the top, the body, the emotions and the soul.

Being part of the Wisdom Code was a solid dose of energy injection where love, generosity, co-creation and laughter were key elements. Ann-Peggy, with her infectious laughter, honest expression, warmth and clear observations about "life", gave everyone plenty of room to share in safety and inspiration. Here, "everything was allowed" and without judgment, while at the same time being down-to-earth and genuine. I was left with the impression that everyone felt at home regardless of their background, purpose in participating or who they were. For me, it was a wonderful weekend with great experiences, lots of laughter and energy replenishment in exceptionally good company.

Participating in the Wisdom Code was a wonderful and intimate experience. Being, experiencing and meeting with a focus on inner strength, self-love and creating together is important. I felt this was the focus this weekend. In addition to time together to be and experience. Being allowed to travel to Tromsø again was like coming home.

I attended the Wisdom Code in November 2020. This was an amazing event to attend. I had a wonderful weekend of learning with beautiful souls. We were like-minded people who in a safe circle harvested different experiences and learnings where we could share everything that was. Several of us made new acquaintances, where we made contacts that have been supportive in retrospect. The best thing I took with me was the good, safe community and the nice people. I now have even more confidence that I'm where I'm supposed to be. Thank you very much.

The Wisdom Code was a weekend in a warm and inclusive community. A weekend where a sense of belonging filled and accommodated me. I could be myself without feeling different. I could be real and authentic in my own essence. Joy and laughter filled up the energy store 
For me, the Wisdom Code was a weekend with meaning, a weekend that took my life in a new direction. New people came into my life, and they have given me a deeper insight and knowledge about myself. Has given me an increased awareness of what life wants from me, and my vision as a co-creator of heaven on earth
