Universal Co-creation
My conscious universal co-creation journey began in 2013 when my personality entered the dark night of the soul. I had a vision of changing old, stuck paradigms of fear, manipulation, the western pharmaceutical profit industry, a hierarchical way of thinking, and loyalty to an externally corrupt system. I had no idea of the deep inner journey I would have to undergo to transform societal structures and mentally entrenched scripts that had existed for thousands of years on earth. This transformational journey lasted over six years before I could truly shine my greatness, divinity and essence of light. Transformation can happen in different ways, and in the following text I will only write about four of my universal co-creations with higher realms.
I had my first conscious encounter with God in March 2015 when my mind was in delta brainwave hypnosis training as a hypnotherapist. In this state without interference, I met God, my future self and my personal spiritual guide. God told me what my soul had chosen at the highest level and his words were supported by my higher self and spiritual guide. "You have the same journey as Jesus." At this time, I did not know that Christ consciousness was an inner awakening process that many people were waking up to at this time. Nor could I fully understand what the message meant, especially since I had never read the Holy Bible, had no religious affiliation and was generally unfamiliar with historical texts. My life experiences had shown me that people allowed themselves to push responsibility away by hiding behind authorities such as God, Jesus, Allah, King, President, Leader, authority and systems. Many had allowed themselves to violate others and worship the dark side of humanity. At the same time, they claimed that their God and superiors had given them permission to condemn others with destructive actions. My truth is that the light and divinity of God is not part of abusive actions, manipulation, terror, hatred and lies. All situations and events that have been shown to me in recent years through various social systems are about contemporary humans and how our darkness and light propagates in everything we do. Jesus' core message was to teach us how humans can live as holistic beings by intertwining the duality of the masculine and feminine. He showed us the path to oneness and awakening.
"Christ is the redemptive power that harmonizes the opposite pairs in the cosmos, and in the individual unites the opposite pairs, the higher and the lower nature. In other words, it is the exaltation of consciousness. The illuminating power of Christ is not a person but a potency, the aspect of the One God aptly called the Son."

In 2019, I attended the Isogaisa festival, which is a drug-free shamanic festival in the northern part of Norway. The festival focuses on spirituality and is a gathering and celebration with music, dance, ceremonies, workshops, socializing with like-minded people, drumming journeys and the like. This three-day festival began for me on a Friday evening with a guided drumming journey, where I would meet one of my ancestors who would bring me an important gift to help me on my earthly journey. The context of the drumming journey took place on the Finnmark plateau in a fierce, ugly weather with snow, wind and cold. It was a white inferno on the plateau, and the only thing I could see was a fire lit almost a hundred meters away. In the glow of the fire I also saw my ancestor, but since he was sitting with his back turned to me, I had no idea who he was. In deep untouched snow, I trudged my way to the fire and the man who sat motionless with his back to me. I sat down next to him and did the same as he did, gazing into the fire in a meditative state. All without words. We were both wearing a lot of clothes, and were covered with large jackets and hats that hid most of our faces. I had no need to see my ancestor's face, as I felt complete peace and silence in his presence. We sat in silence next to each other, meditating towards the fire as the drum guide asked me to receive the gift. The instructions were that the gift could either be a physical thing, a symbol or something else that I would need at that time. Following the instructions, the inner journey continued with both my ancestor and I standing up from the tree trunk we were sitting on. Only when we were on our feet did we turn towards each other and look into each other's eyes and faces. Despite the fact that I had met this man many times before in inner journeys, I was again very surprised that it was exactly he who met me as my ancestor. Still no words were exchanged between us. The man who was Jesus bent his head forward, while I bent my head forward so that our third eyes met. In the meeting between our third eyes, I received a powerful energetic gift; total peace of mind. This must be said to be one of the greatest gifts I have ever received, and it was therefore a strong emotional love reaction in me. I was, and am, deeply grateful for the peace of mind and inner peace that has transformed my being after the transfer from Jesus. I have had threats and external challenges after this, but these bounce off like water off a duck's back. The tiring noise and illusion from the mind has at times been a source of frustration, grief, depression and heaviness in the body. The noise has been silenced.

Unexpected help can come to us in many ways, even in ways where we struggle to explain the help we receive using our intellect. This co-creation happened as an extension of a day when I smashed the screen of my new Samsung phone and lost all its contents. My husband, children and friends all had iPhones and were running a strong influence campaign; Apple technology was fantastic and easy to understand, they said. I was persuaded and shortly afterwards I was able to unpack my brand new iPhone. This was something I began to regret relatively quickly. The transition from Android to Apple technology presented me with several technological challenges that I couldn't figure out, and I decided to crawl to the cross and get a Samsung again. But help was to come from an unexpected source one day when I was hiking in the mountains with my dog Sumba. I'm generally always in a good place inside myself when I'm out in nature. Nature replenishes me on several levels. While I was walking in my meditative state and enjoying the hike, I suddenly received a telepathic visit from Steve Jobs. I spontaneously threw myself forward in a fit of laughter. The situation was absurd. Beforehand, I hadn't had a single reference to Jobs, apart from my prior knowledge that he had founded the Apple brand and that he had some great words of wisdom in relation to intuition. "Is this really possible?" was the first thing that struck me. But time had taught me that most things are indeed possible, so I decided, still laughing, to continue the telepathic conversation with Jobs. He simply told me how I could solve the technological challenges I was facing with my newly purchased iPhone. He believed I would have many more advantages by continuing with the iPhone system rather than going back to the Android system. I was not completely convinced and chose to discuss and negotiate with Jobs. I said that I would keep my iPhone and familiarize myself with these new systems if he could help so that I could retrieve all the information that was on my broken Samsung phone. This was resolved, and I kept my end of the bargain by continuing to use my iPhone both privately and for work. Jobs was absolutely right when he said that it would have more benefits for me if I opened up to the solutions that were there. I don't want to promote Apple, but this guiding has actually eased several of the cumbersome technological solutions I had at the time.
I think many people will recognize the example of Steve Jobs. We don't always know the source or the inspiration of consciousness that provides us with solutions to our challenges. We often take breaks from our challenges and change our surroundings, and then solutions often emerge from a renewed state of consciousness. Our challenges and their solutions are usually not within the same paradigm of thought. With relaxation and superflow, we open up the field of co-creation that all people are part of. Many people still like to believe that the best solutions are created through persistent struggle and external power, while the paradox is that the best solutions often emerge when we have inner flow, receptivity and openness. We are all parts of something big, where our states of consciousness are affected by our surroundings, the whole and the ALL.

The last example is from one of the experiences I had in 2018 during a month-long spiritual journey in Peru. Three years before this experience, I had a regression experience as an extraterrestrial being, which was triggered when I was at the Museo de Andahuaylillas in Peru. At this museum they had skulls and skeletons of extraterrestrial beings, as well as meteorites. The skulls were elongated in shape and had a formation like a triangular funnel, and it has been claimed that these beings were highly evolved and intelligent. Earthbound humans began to emulate these beings, creating narrow triangular cylinder helmets that they wore on their heads in the hope of developing the same power and intelligence as the extraterrestrials. When I was at the Museo de Andahuaylillas, I had a powerful reaction, where my essence activated synchronous experiences. When I touched a large meteorite, my cellular memory was activated with information from other dimensions and planets. I experienced a tremendous power, and felt almost supernatural in my encounter with the meteorite. Extremely high energy forms became part of me, tingling and flowing throughout me, and I felt like I was floating. For the first few hours after the museum visit, the experiences were exclusively positive. Then, during the evening, there was a fierce reaction with fever, trembling, urinary tract infection and imbalance. The body activated an internal balancing imbalance, explained in the Health Bible, to integrate, anchor and embrace the expansion of the elevated state of consciousness. It can be compared to an extreme healing and energy transfer, where we first experience a heightened sense of wellbeing, and the body follows with anchoring and integration.
The most important message from extraterrestrials is that they are intelligent and enlightened parts of us, not an enemy. Therefore, we do not need to fight aliens on other planets. Everything is part of us. Humans on Earth are among the least developed and have a low level of consciousness. When we war against our own race, we prove to ourselves that we are at the baby stage of development. Most extraterrestrials know their true essence, are integrated, cooperating on a peaceful level. Our extraterrestrial dimension is also a higher part of ourselves. We fight against ourselves when we fight against extraterrestrials, just like the battle that goes on in the human mind.
"Our soul is on a journey with one overarching mission: To truly understand all there is to know about being human. An ancient soul has been visiting this world for something like five or six thousand years. It has explored different genders, races, skin colors, been gay, straight and everything in between. Our soul's thirst for growth has constantly driven us from within to keep exploring. Everything from the circumstances of our birth, our dreams and ambitions are influenced by our soul's past. In fact, I don't think I can emphasize enough that everything we are; our personality, our beliefs, our ambitions, our talents and our fears are entirely a result of the soul's many life experiences."
