Superfluency means that the body has no resistance in its internal energy system - where we naturally heal because the body itself is balanced. Superflow is an expression that the internal organs of the body are working well together and that the flow of life flows in a vital and healthy way. We see the same life energy and superfluidity in flowers and other living organisms that are fresh and healthy. 

The flow of life is not personal - it is universal and neutral. The thoughts and emotions, which are our beliefs and truths, affect the flow of life, which can then stagnate in the body and give us pain and imbalance. Through activations, blessings and healing, a stagnated life flow can be reopened so that balance and vitality are achieved.
