Author of the book "From EGO to PEACE"

The book "Fra Ego til Fred" (From Ego to Peace) is about raising awareness of the wisdom we carry within us. At a time when war, violence and division are escalating, the choice of direction is more important than ever. It's about our common future, our development as individuals in this community. It's about helping to create peace, by first becoming aware of the path to it and then activating the good will to act. It's about creating the life we all want deep down, through heart-driven thoughts, words and actions. Evil must be neutralized where it is born. Through the discovery and realization of the true nature of the ego, the origin of evil is revealed. This is how we can activate the heart-driven wisdom. Everyone can contribute, and all contributions are equally important. Together we can create the force that turns everything in the right direction.

Ann-Peggy is honored to be written about in one of Arnulf Sandvoll's chapters. He writes, among other things, about the health path of illness and adversity that is transformed into balance and life flow where he mentions eight people who include Anita Moorjani, Mellen Thomas Benedict, Joralf Gjerstad, Vibecke Garnaas, Marianne Brandy, Sissel Adronia, Vessi Ostreva and Ann-Peggy Hjerte Divine.

I recommend everyone to buy the book "Fra EGO til FRED" (From EGO to PEACE) and will reproduce a small sneak-peak of the text about Ann-Peggy below the picture;

Ann-Peggy Heart Divine

Ann-Peggy Hjerte Divine must be said to be one of the prophets of our time, and one of those who have truly walked the path of pain. She was born in 1973 in Troms, is married and the mother of five adult children. She was born with a heart defect and was critically ill for the first few years of her life. With this background, she has been interested in health and people ever since she was a child, and wondered why some people were much sicker than others. She says she was born with the trait of empathy and automatically takes in thoughts and feelings from her surroundings. At the same time, she was told that she had to trust what was being said, even if it didn't match what she felt and actually experienced. Naturally, this made her very confused and led her to close her heart at the age of five. This resulted in trauma, and consequently inner turbulence and imbalance that manifested itself in mental and physical illnesses. Ann-Peggy's story of suffering starts at birth and is so long, complicated, indescribably painful and extensive that a comprehensive account would have filled an entire book on its own. Here is a brief summary.

As mentioned, she was critically ill during the first years of her life. At the age of five, she shut down her emotions and "closed her heart", as described above. At the age of twelve, she developed extreme premenstrual pain, eating disorders and back problems that escalated and spread throughout her body in the form of intense physical pain that persisted. The pain and general state of health eventually led to serious suicidal thoughts, which fortunately changed after falling in love at the age of 16. But the body pain persisted with the same intensity, and she also developed anorexia and bulimia. Her teenage boyfriend also struggled with trauma, suicidal thoughts and much more. After they split up, she and her children received death threats, and it got so bad that she had to wear a violence alarm.

Ann-Peggy eventually met a new man she knew from her youth. They became a couple, got married and had their first child in 1997. Both the two sons from the first relationship and the newborn all had chronic colic and cried during the first few years of life. Son number two from the first relationship also had a sensitivity diagnosis that required extra care. As if that wasn't enough, the eldest son was diagnosed with liver cancer at the age of three.

In 1998, after five years of intense stress and almost no sleep, she had her first collapse. Everything came to a standstill, her thoughts went haywire and she thought she was losing her mind, but miraculously managed to weather the storm. They eventually had two more children, in 2000 and 2006, both girls, the last of whom also had colic for over 6 months. During this time, from 2002 to 2005, she also suffered five different back prolapses and enormous nerve pain. One period was so bad that she was chained to the bed for a whole year, but was fortunately finally saved by a successful operation. However, she has had several prolapses since then.

In 2013 came the decisive, life-changing collapse, after many consecutive years of insane overload. Her body could take no more, and she was preparing to die. Among other things, her heart had begun to fail in earnest. "The heart vibrated continuously, like a stress heart," she says. The doctor also saw death as the most likely outcome. What pained her most was the thought of the children, so she tried to get the child welfare service to take care of them, but was refused. They thought the family was too resourceful to need help. Her own death, on the other hand, she wasn't too worried about, thanks to an experience a few years earlier.

The first revelation

Prior to her life-changing collapse, she had had her first major epiphany. It happened in 2008 on a hike in the mountains where she lives. Suddenly, and as if out of nowhere, she was embraced and flooded with an intense light that conjured up memories in her of everything being one, of the greatness of everything and everyone, and that she and the universe were of the same essence. She experienced her own divinity, and consequently her own immortality. The experience was completely beyond anything it was possible to imagine. Ego, time and space gave way to a revelation of herself as source creator. This was the beginning of a series of revelations that would come to haunt her in the times that followed.

After her collapse in 2013, she went through a deliberately tough process of self-healing until 2015. All the repressed experiences and pain came up with double strength as she took it in turn to heal herself. At times, she was paralyzed, blind and bedridden for large parts of this process. When she finally finished it all and was about to recover, another shock was waiting in the wings. Her eldest son Alexander took his own life at the age of almost 22. What followed was a long period of bottomless grief; she says she cried daily for a whole year.

Her long process of revelations and self-healing had also naturally changed her personality. She had opened up to a new dimension, beyond time and space, and could not help but express her new amazing revelatory insights. Among other things, she talked about her new experience and realization of reincarnation, and had also started to heal people. This frightened those around her, including the child welfare people, who concluded that she had gone mad and therefore prepared a case to take away her custody of the children. "It was so painful that it can't be described," she says, and couldn't help but recall what happened a few years earlier. At the time she didn't feel able to have the children and asked for help, she was refused, but now that she was in the process of finding herself, and clearly glimpsed a bright future, they were going to take the children away from her.

She had to get away, and in January 2016 she moved to her own apartment, along with all her bottomless sorrows. She had lost her identity, her husband, her children, job, friends and other family. Even her own mother distanced herself from her. She had lost absolutely everything. It must be added here that she fought tirelessly against child welfare services, and eventually won. Among other things, with the help of a "higher guidance"

Throughout the period from 2013 to 2019, she went through what is referred to as the dark night of the soul . First, she relived all the pain and suffering of her current life, then the pain and suffering of a series of past lives, culminating in the experience of hanging on the cross in Egypt long before the time of Jesus.

After heartbreak and holy silence: "On December 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019, my heart opened and was in full bloom again. I floated for two full days enveloped in the energy of heaven on earth. It was amazing to have released all this pain from all these lives", she says with stars in her eyes. More than forty years of illness and living in a hell of pain had been transformed into a life without illness, in a new existence that can be described as heaven on earth. It's also part of the story that the family is reunited.

The excerpt above describes part of Ann-Peggy's story of suffering that Sandvoll has shown interest in. His message of moving from EGO to PEACE is about moving from illness and imbalance to PEACE and flow of life. Ann-Peggy herself had not set up a schematic representation of the health challenges that her family had gone through, and it was therefore an interesting view to write about the heaviest lessons and experiences over the years. More text from this chapter and all other chapters can be read in the complete "From EGO to PEACE" which will also soon be available in an English edition.
