New theology is about experiential divinity, where each individual is invited to dive deep into their own spiritual experiences. This new theology draws its energy and insight from our personal experiences of the divine, and we communicate this with authenticity and power. Our individual journeys become the key to inspiring others to discover their own divine greatness.
At Divine Design, we understand that people are at different stages of consciousness development. Some are ready for the theology of the future, while others may need a bridge between the traditional and the new theology. We want to include multiple levels of understanding and practice so that everyone can feel welcome to explore their divine nature, wherever they are on their spiritual journey.
Living Out Your Divinity in Everyday Life
The Cosmic Divinity Theology is about living out your divinity in a practical way. Our goal is to provide concrete tools and practices to help people connect to their inner divinity, strengthen their creative abilities and develop their multidimensional gifts. Through Divine Mass, Divine Union, and our Divine Design Podcast, we will create space for sharing experiences, insights and personal growth.
From Dogma to Transformative Energy
While much of traditional theology is built on dogma and mental truths, we believe that the theology of the future will develop a new language that reflects the experience of divinity. Our focus is to use words that convey the transformative energy of the divine and awaken recognition in others. Metaphors, symbols and parables will play an important role in conveying what is difficult to express in traditional theological language.
A Non-Hierarchical and Circular Language
To break down the hierarchical model where God or a higher power is above humans, we want to introduce a circular language. This means describing the relationship between humans, the divine and the universe as equal and intertwined. Here we want to emphasize that everything in creation is in relation to everything else, not through domination, but through interaction and co-creation.
Experience over Abstract Concepts
We want to move away from abstract theological concepts and instead use a language that is closely linked to the senses and emotions. This means conveying divinity as something alive and sensuous, which can be experienced directly in the body, rather than as something distant and conceptual. We want to use words that open up to emotion, movement and experience, and that invite you to explore divinity on a personal level.
Focus on Relationships, Not Ranking
Instead of power structures, new theology will focus on relationships. This applies to human beings, nature, the universe and the divine. Everything in creation is part of an ongoing process of creation, in which each individual is an equal participant. We emphasize interdependence and symbiosis, rather than control and domination.
A multi-voice approach
Instead of one authoritarian voice speaking from the top, we want to open up for multiple perspectives to be presented side by side. This reflects our non-hierarchical approach, where we avoid presenting one absolute truth, but instead allow for a multi-faceted truth. The theology of the future is about encouraging personal discovery, where each individual is given the opportunity to experience the source of God in their own way.
Encouraging Exploration and Discovery
Our theology will have an open and exploratory tone, inviting people to discover and explore their own divine nature. We want to encourage individual insight and awakening through experience. Everyone is invited to "explore", "experience", and "know" divinity, instead of following external dogmas. We believe in the divine essence that exists in all living things, a source of light, love and creation that we are all connected to.
We recognize our common origin in Source, where each soul carries the seed of light and wisdom, projected into physical form to experience and evolve through life.
We recognize that each of us, regardless of background, culture or belief, is an expression of cosmic diversity, where our unique existence contributes to the wholeness of the divine design.
We believe in agape, the unconditional love that connects us to each other and to the universe. This love guides us to live in harmony with ourselves, our fellow human beings, and all life.
We affirm that through our free will we can activate and express our highest essence, and that we are created to live in balance between the masculine and feminine, between spirit and matter, between heaven and earth.
We believe in the universal laws that govern both our inner and outer universe, guiding us to understand our own power and our role in the grand cosmic scheme of things.
We recognize that we are all multidimensional beings, carriers of divine light, and that we are here to experience, learn, and contribute to the collective good through our Divine Design.
